According to Old Palm Golf and Country Club there were 7 remaining home sites in the “Golf Estates” neighborhood and have been recently released; Six of the seven remaining Old Palm home sites were immediately purchased by 2 of the finest custom builders who are planning to build 6 brand new model homes. The family-owned company Mustapick Estate Homes and highly respected luxury homebuilders Courchene Development Company split the six home sites and each purchased three.
On May, 19th Old Palm Golf and Country Club updated viewers that the builders have already met with their desired architects and designers to establish the best plans for each home site. Residences in this particular neighborhood range anywhere from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet of living area. All of the six purchased homes are quarter-acre lots and overlook a private water feature.
“We’re excited to release these new home sites because of the continued demand for high-quality homes and Courchene’s magnificent Royal Poinciana is currently the only available model in the Golf Estates,” says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. “Homebuyers have always had a great interest in this neighborhood, so I’m sure that the models to be built on these six lots will be sold long before they are even finished.”
The only question to be answered is who is purchasing the 7th home site?
