Alton Town Center
The proposed commercial section of the development will sit on 40 acres south of Donald Ross Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. City officials will vote this Thursday on the specific plans and details of the planned development that will sit on a total of 681 acres. The town center opening in 2018 will have a variety of restaurants, shops, a car wash, a bank, a fitness center, and much more. The owners of the acres designated for development, NADG and Brock Development Corp., hope to reveal the full details soon. They hope to start building next year if the proposed plans are signed off on Thursday. Alton will also include single family homes, town homes, and apartments. Some of the residential properties are already being built and sold. Expect great things from Alton Town Center in the upcoming future!
