Science of Chocolate at the South Florida Science Center February 18, 2017

Chocolate lovers unite! Learn everything you want to know about chocolate at the Science of Chocolate, this Saturday, February 18, 2017, as the South Florida Science Center. Starting at 11:00am, this family friendly event will have guests will learn how chocolate is made and it’s chemical properties. Live demonstrations will include liquid nitrogen chocolate ice cream, a chocolate fountain, and more. Chocolate enthusiasts can also participate in chocolate related crafts, activities, and workshops. Lunch can be purchased at the SFSC cafe and homemade treats are available at Amy’s Lil’ Chunks of Love food truck. This tasty science exhibit is the cost of regular priced admission and is free to SFSC members.
